Orders placed on our website are sent via the Easy Shipping service, to all regions of Australia, within 2 business days after receipt of payment confirmation given by the institution responsible for the collection.

To check the shipping cost and term, choose which items you want to buy and click "Add to Cart". Then enter your zip code, the cost and deadline will be calculated automatically.


Attention:

- The delivery period starts counting after the approval of the payment. Once your payment is approved you will be notified by email;

- All orders are subject to analysis and approval of registration data, which may cause delays in confirming payment;

- The informed delivery time includes the time for processing the order within our company and also for carrying out the delivery by the carrier. There may be delays.

Return and exchange policy

If you have received a product and you are not satisfied, it does not fit or you regret the purchase, it is possible to request a return for reversal within 7 (seven) calendar days. For this, the order must be in its original packaging, without signs of use and with all items and accessories received. To request an exchange, simply send an email to reflex55fashion@gmail.com, informing your order number and attaching images of the product that demonstrate that it has not been used.
